  • •Read and work from blueprints and wiring diagrams to install accurately and troubleshoot confidently.
  • •Stay current on local building codes and ensure each job is compliant before wrap-up.
  • •Guide and support less experienced installers while holding the quality bar high and communicating clearly with homeowners.

Key Requirements

  • •EPA Section 608 Certification (required).
