Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of relationship managers/officers managing and developing a portfolio of mid-market enterprise customers for corporate banking.
  • •Achieve business targets for market share, profitability, deposits growth, non-fund income growth and cross-selling while managing operating expenses and credit risk.
  • •Monitor market trends and assist in formulating and implementing business plans with department leadership.
  • •Maintain and expand customer relationships, acquiring new business through referrals and strategic partners.
  • •Ensure relevant control measures are followed and apply total quality management to improve productivity, streamline processes and enhance service quality.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in business, finance or a related discipline.
  • •Proven corporate coverage banking experience managing Mainland China corporate clients with a track record of business delivery.
  • •Strong leadership and management skills to lead and develop a team.
  • •Sound credit analytical skills with deep knowledge of commercial banking products.
  • •Valid insurance and investment licenses (e.g., HKIB ECF/Certified Banker would be an advantage).
