Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and optimize data models to identify operational actions and customer friction points in the payment processing journey.
  • •Improve the quality of data assets by building scalable and efficient data pipelines.
  • •Develop and maintain an operational forecasting model to predict future capacity based on workload demand.
  • •Create, own, and track key metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy and pipeline data health) and keep them accountable through the quarter.
  • •Communicate insights through meaningful reports and effective visualizations, enabling other teams to discover actionable data insights.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,500 - 5,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience with SQL and building data pipelines.
  • •Comfort working with complex data models and independently designing and implementing new models.
  • •Strong quantitative skills, ideally with a background in statistics, mathematics, physics, engineering, analytics, computing, or other scientific areas.
  • •Strong communication skills to translate business insights into clear analytical narratives that drive customer impact.
  • •Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau and confident storytelling with data.
