Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as senior operational leader for CRES worldwide, translating strategy into priorities, operating plans, governance routines, KPIs, and executive management reporting.
  • •Lead the CRES PMO and implement consistent project controls, delivery policies, approval pathways, reporting requirements, and governance disciplines across regions.
  • •Oversee global corporate real estate portfolio initiatives (developments, relocations, expansions, consolidations, renovations, and workplace transformation) and manage delivery risk, dependencies, and sequencing.
  • •Provide senior-level oversight of OPEX and CAPEX, partnering with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and capital planning and governance for approvals and trade-offs.
  • •Partner with Global Procurement and regional leaders on vendor pipeline, sourcing strategy, onboarding, contract negotiations, and service performance; lead, influence, and develop global leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive leadership experience across corporate real estate, workplace strategy, operations, finance, governance, transformation, or large-scale program delivery.
  • •Experience leading global portfolios, operating models, programs, teams, and governance routines within large matrixed organizations (preferably 5,000+ FTE).
  • •Experience at, or clear readiness for, Managing Director–level scope, judgment, accountability, and executive presence.
  • •Strong real estate fundamentals including facilities operations, occupancy planning, portfolio analytics, lease structures, and real estate accounting standards.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with strong financial acumen across OPEX and CAPEX budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
