Key Responsibilities

  • •Reconcile daily and monthly transactions and merchant payouts to ensure accuracy down to the last cent.
  • •Investigate payout issues or mismatches and help resolve them with teammates and external partners.
  • •Prepare monthly invoices for merchants, ensuring accuracy and timing.
  • •Track payment flows, settlement status, and outstanding balances to support healthy cash flow.
  • •Coordinate vendor and payment partner data checks, match incoming payments to invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain audit-ready records.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of experience in finance, operations, or a customer-facing role; startup experience preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome).
  • •A degree holder from any field; Finance, Accounting, or Business background is a plus.
