Job Summary

Serve as Traba’s in-market operational lead by recruiting, vetting, and onboarding workers for placement across the market. Build relationships with workers and local community/partner organizations to sustain the worker pipeline. Coordinate the full worker funnel—including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and matching new starts to customer sites—while maintaining proactive reporting to Traba HQ. Manage PPE and provide on-site support as needed in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the worker experience from recruiting through placement with timely updates, feedback, and support.
•Build and maintain relationships with workforce centers, community organizations, and local partners to drive the worker pipeline.
•Oversee worker vetting, drug testing, and end-to-end onboarding, including large group onboarding sessions.
•Manage the worker funnel: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and converting applicants into placement-ready workers.
•Coordinate interviews and new start schedules across customer sites, and provide on-site support (including PPE distribution) as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26 - 32 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
•1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments (e.g., staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination).
•Strong recruiting instincts to source, screen, and convert candidates.
•Comfortable running large group onboarding sessions and presenting in front of workers.
