Senior Manager Maintenance Planning

Lead maintenance planning and scheduling to ensure alignment with asset management objectives and minimize operational disruption. Use IBM Maximo (including Scheduler) to manage preventive, predictive, corrective, and reactive maintenance, set job-plan standards, and optimize work orders for equipment availability, manpower, and contractor utilization. Manage maintenance strategy improvements using performance reporting and analytics with Power BI, and provide leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder coordination for consistent execution.
