Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning and scheduling function aligned with Asset Management Plans and organizational objectives.
  • •Oversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and reactive maintenance using IBM Maximo, including Scheduler.
  • •Establish and enforce job-plan standards compliant with OEM guidance, statutory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • •Prioritize and approve work orders to optimize equipment availability, manpower allocation, and contractor utilization.
  • •Provide leadership and mentoring to planners, technicians, and contractors, coordinating with Facility Managers and service providers for execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced proficiency in IBM Maximo (including Scheduler) or similar CMMS/EAMS.
  • •Strong knowledge of Power BI, advanced Excel, and SQL for reporting and data analysis.
  • •Ability to develop and optimize preventive maintenance programs aligned with asset management best practices.
  • •Understanding of MEP systems, building services, and airport operational assets.
  • •Expertise in planning, scheduling, and resource coordination in complex operational environments.
