•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing this knowledge with consumers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Flexible schedule with regular attendance and punctuality, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
•Team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens and input information into computer.
•Ability to move and merchandise items using appropriate equipment, including lifting 30 pounds or more with assistance.
