•Continuously monitor and analyze dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics across IT platforms and infrastructure.

•Manage escalation of unresolved or high-impact incidents to second-line support teams or senior engineers with clear incident details.
•Follow established operational procedures and contribute to improving monitoring and incident-handling processes.
•Participate in a 24/7 rotating shift pattern including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Requirements

•Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
•Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders under pressure.
•Eagerness to learn and retain detailed technical procedures and troubleshooting steps.
•Comfort working both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
•Logical, proactive approach to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
