Key Responsibilities

  • •Support execution of monthly EVMS cost and schedule control processes, analysis, and reporting to program leaders and stakeholders.
  • •Serve as a trusted business partner to drive excellence in financial execution with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Analyze earned value cost and schedule metrics, LRE, EACs, program investments, and manpower planning to enable sound decisions.
  • •Manage and maintain program baselines and ensure accurate, timely program cost charging aligned with policies and directives.
  • •Contribute to program startup and baseline activities, including integrated baseline reviews (IBR) and surveillance review coordination (JSR).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advance degree with minimum 3 years’ experience.
  • •Experience and/or knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS) and Estimate At Complete (EAC) processes.
  • •Experience using SAP financial (or similar) accounting systems and related reports.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • •U.S. citizenship required for access under the program/contract.
