HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Serve as a trusted sparring partner to the site leadership and advise functional and people leaders on HR matters. Ensure modern, needs-based HR support, manage HR projects, and develop and implement HR processes. Analyze HR metrics and derive recommendations, create and negotiate works agreements, and handle employee conflict discussions including disciplinary actions, warnings, and terminations in line with labor and works council regulations. Support international HR individual measures and projects.
