Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, control, and monitor production equipment (Hydrocutter and pack lines) according to production orders.
  • •Ensure product quality by performing quality checks and implementing corrective actions for deviations.
  • •Label and document scrap, test values, and performance parameters.
  • •Create and transfer CAD format cuttings and maintain standard work (5S).
  • •Carry out preventive maintenance and independently troubleshoot machine issues; instruct and onboard employees at the production facility; process sample orders including packaging, sorting, and labeling.
