  • •Leveraging AI tools and scalable workflows to accelerate content production without sacrificing craft
  • •Leading quality control across all content outputs, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and high design standards
  • •Managing and mentoring local freelance designers and creators, providing clear briefs, structured feedback, and ongoing direction
