•Developing and driving the creative direction for the Turkish market, translating country strategy into culturally relevant templates and elements across social media, presentations, websites, and print
•Overseeing content creation and curation — from design kits and campaign assets to creator briefs — ensuring outputs meet Canva's standards for visual quality and cultural authenticity
•Leveraging AI tools and scalable workflows to accelerate content production without sacrificing craft
•Leading quality control across all content outputs, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and high design standards
•Managing and mentoring local freelance designers and creators, providing clear briefs, structured feedback, and ongoing direction

•Strong design portfolio demonstrating visual craft and cultural sensitivity, with ability to translate strategy into locally resonant content at pace.
