Job Summary

Lead a global Site Reliability Engineering team responsible for the lifecycle of production systems. You’ll coordinate daily SRE activities, mentor engineers, and embed with Software Engineering teams to improve production excellence. Own feature-level designs while handling system-wide and architectural concerns, debug incidents across the stack, and drive blameless postmortems. Improve processes and tools, participate in on-call support, and collaborate across design, deployment, operations, and optimization to boost reliability, automation, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and support daily activities for SREs and partner with their managers to manage daily tasks.
•Mentor team members, drive initiatives, and track team success against established goals.
•Embed within engineering teams to advocate for best practices and help navigate production excellence.
•Debug production issues across services and the stack, participating in incident response and blameless postmortems.
•Identify and implement improvements to processes and tools to increase the team’s productivity, while participating in on-call support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 200,000 annually

•5+ years of experience in the SRE space.
•2-5 years leading or managing and developing SRE teams.
•Experience working with at least one programming language for software engineering work.
•Strong testing knowledge (e.g., TDD or BDD).
•Comfort with container ecosystem, cloud infrastructure, build systems, and CI/CD tools.
