•Promote and sell air travel, providing courteous, efficient customer assistance.
•Assist with passenger check-in and cargo acceptance, including interpreting government travel and cargo rules.
•Meet and dispatch aircraft within established times and provide assistance to distressed passengers and customers.
•Protect company property and revenue and provide for safe travel while following internal and external policies and procedures.
•Respond and assist during security and emergency situations and may perform passenger operation control functions and lead/direct other employees.

•High school diploma or GED.
•Read, write, and fluently speak and understand English.
