Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage receiving, storage, and issuance of F&B stock according to requisitions, purchase orders, and operational requirements.
  • •Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders, ensuring correct quantity, quality, pricing, temperature compliance, and expiry checks.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels via regular counts, system updates, and documentation of all stock movements.
  • •Operate procurement and inventory systems for GRN processing, invoice matching, accrual entries, stock transfers, and reconciliation.
  • •Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP (Dubai Municipality, Food Watch, and company HSE) and maintain clean, safe, audit-ready storage areas.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of F&B storekeeping or inventory management experience, preferably in high-volume hospitality environments.
  • •Strong inventory control knowledge, including receiving, storage, issuance, GRN processing, invoice matching, accruals, and inventory reconciliation.
  • •Proficiency with procurement and inventory systems such as Oracle, SAP, FMC (or equivalent), plus strong Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and month-end reconciliation.
  • •Knowledge of food safety standards including HACCP, FIFO/FEFO, temperature control, hygiene requirements, and Dubai Municipality/Food Watch compliance.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Leisure Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field, with strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
