Key Responsibilities

  • •Explore networking technologies, features, protocols, and hardware/software capabilities to build and enhance networking platforms.
  • •Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and software partners aligned with the technology roadmap and business needs.
  • •Define robust architectures and technical requirements for embedded software meeting AI/ML workload needs and high-performing network operations.
  • •Lead collaboration with R&D and Validation teams by providing technical guidelines and thorough reviews for designs and test plans.
  • •Represent the team in open-source projects, industry working groups, technical forums, and customer engagements; publish patents, white papers, and blogs.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • •12+ years of embedded software development for networking products, including 5+ years functioning as a Software Architect for significant modules.
  • •Expert-level knowledge of Ethernet/IP technologies, network topologies, and networking features in data center, telco and/or edge networks.
  • •Highly experienced in embedded software design and operating system fundamentals, including Ethernet switch software architecture.
  • •Leadership and communication skills, with ability to research, integrate emerging technologies, build consensus, and operate in a dynamic environment.
