Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with multidisciplinary teams including Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, Contract Administrators, and sub-consultants.
  • •Perform project management and controls tasks such as budgeting, cost management, forecasting, earned value management, contract administration, invoicing, change management, and risk management.
  • •Develop and implement earned value systems and progress measurement methods to track project progress and performance.
  • •Prepare, manage, and update project execution plans, financial forecasting, resource plans, and schedules as needed.
  • •Present operational information to senior management and create data visualizations; clean, transform, validate, and model data using MS Excel/PowerPoint and Power BI.

Key Requirements

  • •8 -11 years of relevant experience in Project Controls.
  • •A master’s degree in engineering, or Project Management / Construction Management (preferred).
  • •PMP Certification.
  • •Project Controls experience in AEC industry on major and complex multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong skills in Primavera 6 (P6) and Microsoft Project.
