Job Summary

Join the Properties and Buildings team to strengthen project delivery through project controls, forecasting, earned value management, and contract administration. You’ll prepare and maintain project execution plans, resource plans, and schedules, and support risk management. Work with multidisciplinary teams and present clear operational updates to senior management. The role also includes building data visualizations and using tools such as Primavera and Microsoft Project, plus analytics and reporting workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with multidisciplinary teams including Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, Contract Administrators, and sub-consultants.
•Perform project management and controls tasks such as budgeting, cost management, forecasting, earned value management, contract administration, invoicing, change management, and risk management.
•Develop and implement earned value systems and progress measurement methods to track project progress and performance.
•Prepare, manage, and update project execution plans, financial forecasting, resource plans, and schedules as needed.
•Present operational information to senior management and create data visualizations; clean, transform, validate, and model data using MS Excel/PowerPoint and Power BI.

Key Requirements

•8 -11 years of relevant experience in Project Controls.
•A master’s degree in engineering, or Project Management / Construction Management (preferred).
•PMP Certification.
•Project Controls experience in AEC industry on major and complex multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
•Strong skills in Primavera 6 (P6) and Microsoft Project.
