Job Summary

Drive day-to-day store operations in partnership with the Operations & Visual Manager and Operations Lead. Own inventory accuracy and shrink reduction, investigate root causes, and support shipping, receiving, transfers, replenishment, and floor set updates. Maintain strong visual standards and safe, efficient stockroom processes while using reporting and metrics to support business-driving strategies and coordinate vendor, facilities, and supply needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
•Investigate and identify root causes for inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General Manager.
•Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and intra-day replenishment and floor set updates.
•Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
•Work cross-functionally on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure optimal store operations.

Key Requirements

•Preferred prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
•Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
•High energy and upbeat approach with the ability to integrate fun and work.
•Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.
•Ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
