Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and identify root causes for inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and intra-day replenishment and floor set updates.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
  • •Work cross-functionally on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure optimal store operations.

  • •Preferred prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
  • •Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
