Business Operations Associate (Full Time)

Support store operations by processing sales, auctions, and appraisals with accurate paperwork and clear customer communication. Manage cash handling, deposits, and security protocols, and audit deal documentation for compliance, funding, titles, payoffs, and DMV requirements. Balance overflow traffic across departments, maintain confidentiality and integrity, and help train and mentor new associates while following CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) rules.
