Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, ship, and operate features used daily by students, faculty, and program administrators.
  • •Move between products including AI avatar simulations, AI LMS, field experience, and compliance tools.

  • •Define and implement workflows that use AI agents as a core part of the development process.
  • •Ship to production constantly and support an early-stage team operating at scale.

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually

  • •Own major product surfaces end to end, from designing and building to shipping and operating features.
