Complex Purchasing Manager

Lead purchasing for the Further Processing (FP) division by implementing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating and maintaining supplier contracts. Partner with finance, operations, R&D, and product management to develop operating plans, reduce processing plant costs, standardize ingredient plans, and manage inventory across MRO, packaging, and ingredients. Oversee and develop a small purchasing support team while building division procedures and work instructions.
