Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain Bookface and related tools (Rails/React backend and frontend features).
  • •Collaborate with product, design, and customer-facing teams to define and ship features that support founders through the batch.
  • •Engage with users and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product improvements.
  • •Contribute to roadmap decisions and design of new tools used by YC founders and mentors.
  • •Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to maintain team quality.
