•Work mandatory overtime when needed based on business conditions.
•Participate in entry-level training programs to progress skills and pay.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.

•Able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
