Job Summary

Lead end-to-end project governance and delivery for HSBC transformation initiatives in the Global Chief Operating Office (GCOO). Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and benefits realization while coordinating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact change programmes.

Key Responsibilities

•Articulate and manage project governance, sponsorship, tollgates and steering committees according to the Change Framework.
•Lead end-to-end design, planning and delivery of change initiatives, including business case development and benefits realization.
•Manage senior stakeholder and sponsor relationships with tailored communications for different audiences.
•Plan, monitor and control resources and costs within budget, handling dependencies, risks and issues.
•Independently drive project delivery, overcoming obstacles and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.

Key Requirements

•At least 8 years of experience working in change environments across strategy, design (consulting), initiation and delivery.
•Industry experience in large complex organizations, implementing major organizational change and business transformation projects for banking.
•Demonstrable experience of independent stakeholder management at a senior level, with impactful communication and governance.
•Strong ability to build, maintain and navigate the organization using formal and informal networking skills.
•Extensive project management and business analysis skills with knowledge of consulting and Change Frameworks; proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
