Firm Principal - Accounting

Lead and operate a high-autonomy Decimal franchise in Indianapolis, owning client delivery, firm management, and growth. You’ll oversee financial health, ensure compliance, manage onboarding and performance, and train a team of accounting managers, while expanding client relationships and collaborating with Decimal’s network. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and strategic development to scale a standalone practice within Decimal’s standards.
