Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement machine learning algorithms at large scale to improve new user acquisition efficiency and enhance user retention signals across ranking phases such as retrieval, ranking, and re-ranking.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and product engineers to formulate problems, design and refine machine learning algorithms, and communicate results.
  • •Run regular A/B tests, analyze outcomes, and iterate algorithms accordingly.
  • •Maintain an end-to-end understanding of machine learning systems and work with infrastructure teams to improve efficiency and stability.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience in one or more areas such as recommender systems, machine learning, deep learning, pattern recognition, data mining, computer vision, NLP, causal inference, content understanding, or multimodal machine learning.
  • •Strong programming skills in Python and/or C/C++ with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • •Familiarity with the architecture and implementation of at least one mainstream machine learning framework (TensorFlow/PyTorch/MXNet).
  • •Good communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for learning new techniques and taking on challenging problems.
  • •Prior industry experience with components of recommendation systems (e.g., retrieval, ranking, re-ranking, cold-start) is a plus.
