Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure accurate preparation, sending, and maintenance of contracts and addendums in line with local legislation.
  • •Manage the ticketing system by responding to HR and employee requests, including report generation, inquiries, and data updates.
  • •Maintain HR data by recording and updating employee changes and absences in the HR system, and conduct documentation audits for compliance.
  • •Track global mobility-related movements, collaborating with People Partnering on contracts and tax considerations, and keep relevant departments informed.
  • •Support background screening mitigation and respond to requests from local authorities and internal/external audits, escalating high-risk matters as appropriate.
