Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver client tasks accurately and within timeframes, including account procedures, auto-sweep, IM fee reconciliation, client reporting, client requests/inquiries, overdraft monitoring, market price updates, FX, trade, and processing standing instructions.
  • •Follow established guidelines, identify and resolve problems, and ensure awareness of service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
  • •Respond to external queries related to client reports and general queries from clients and third parties (CSMs/AMs, consultants, auditors).
  • •Perform quality checks, proactively communicate procedure updates, and assist with testing of ongoing projects as required.
  • •Act as an SME by training new hires, and perform root-cause analysis of errors while suggesting controls and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in a client reporting/servicing role.
  • •Strong understanding of operations processes and service delivery importance to internal and external clients.
  • •Familiarity with investment instruments and asset servicing terminology.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and numeracy with analytical problem-solving skills.
  • •Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and across internal stakeholders, with strong attention to detail.
