Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with SMEs to analyze learning objectives, define content requirements, and develop interactive eLearning courses aligned to organizational goals.
  • •Design and produce instructional materials using multimedia (animations, graphics, audio, video) to enhance learning experiences.
  • •Use authoring tools and media platforms to create polished, user-friendly training content, including eLearning modules, simulations, videos, and assessments.
  • •Maintain and continuously improve training materials, processes, and self-paced course creation and update plans with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • •Explore and implement new eLearning technologies and methodologies, and clearly communicate complex concepts through strong visual design and written content.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 3 years of professional eLearning development experience (or related field).
  • •Experience creating professional eLearning content for software products using rapid development tools, with strong preference for Articulate Storyline.
  • •Proficiency with basic video editing for educational purposes (e.g., Camtasia or similar tools).
  • •Excellent written communication plus strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • •Strong time management and organizational skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
