Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate complete and consistent information flow for new items/programs and global product changes from sales/customer/global coordinators to process owners.
  • •Ensure timely delivery of quotations and proofs to sales and/or customers.
  • •Coordinate efficient flow of product information to manufacturing units.
  • •Collect global prices, calculate pricing for RBIS Asia and other regions as required, and perform global margin analysis when needed.
  • •Coordinate timely and consistent availability of samples/proofs/formats/data integrity tests/ink drawdowns for manufacturing units; support other issues assigned by supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • •Junior college degree or above (degree holder in any discipline).
  • •1 year or above of working experience.
  • •Experience in merchandising and/or product development coordination (e.g., handling sampling, vendor liaison, quotation) is an advantage.
  • •Experience in printing & design and apparel/footwear merchandising is an advantage.
  • •Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
