Key Responsibilities

•Assist with assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical tools, components, and subassemblies.
•Support laboratory, shop, and prototype testing activities following established procedures and technical requirements.
•Help identify and resolve routine test setup, equipment, or tooling issues.
•Document test procedures, observations, measurements, and results accurately and consistently.
•Assist in assembly and preparation of prototype tools and equipment for testing and validation activities.

Key Requirements

•Associate’s degree in Mechanical Technology, Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline OR equivalent hands-on technical experience.
•2+ years of experience in a technician, manufacturing, assembly, testing, or field operations environment.
•Basic understanding of mechanical assembly, tooling, and test procedures.
•Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
•Ability to read and follow technical procedures and documentation.
