Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
  • •Open and maintain a variety of products including checking/savings, IRAs, CDs, consumer and small business credit cards, and originate personal loans.
  • •Process new consumer and new small business loan requests.
  • •Hold financial conversations to determine needs, build relationships through outbound engagement, and identify referral opportunities to other lines of business using 360 View.
