Key Responsibilities

  • •Run Trust & Safety moderation onboarding end-to-end, including kickoff, policy design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
  • •Translate customer community guidelines into working moderation configuration (policies, harm categories, thresholds, blocklists, automated actions).
  • •Partner with customer engineering teams on integrations, including webhook setup and moderation events.
  • •Continuously tune moderation performance by investigating flagged and missed content, diagnosing false positives/negatives, and adjusting configuration.
  • •Train moderators and T&S leads on the queue, dashboard, rule builder, and reporting; create enablement materials and drive renewals/expansion outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in a customer-facing role at a technical or SaaS company (customer success, implementation, solutions consulting, technical account management, professional services, or Trust & Safety operations).
  • •Comfortable being technical without being an engineer.
  • •Strong project management to run multiple onboarding efforts and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • •Analytical mindset focused on whether moderation is working, using data instead of opinions.
  • •Based in or willing to relocate to the Boulder, CO area and work 3 days per week in the office (role involves reviewing harmful content as part of tuning and diagnosis).
