Job Summary

Support engineering and program teams with monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting, and analysis, including Budget Change Requests (BCRs) and development of Estimates at Complete (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE). Drive cost control and schedule predictability by performing EV/financial variance analysis, preparing forecasts, and partnering on EVMS process inputs using APEX/SAP EV and other management reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Support creation of quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE), including cost estimation, reasonableness analysis, and risk/opportunities assessment at the program/product/mission level.
•Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to support budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
•Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
•Partner with engineering and program leaders on EVMS process inputs and EAC/LRE development.
•Support monthly EVM inputs and reporting/analysis, including monthly Budget Change Requests (BCRs), and weekly analysis of cost and labor runs.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University degree (or equivalent experience) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience.
•Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar systems.
•Experience with Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel.
•Support creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) with cost reasonableness, risk, and opportunities assessment.
•Ability to perform EV and financial analysis and effectively communicate findings to drive predictable cost and schedule results.
