Key Responsibilities

  • •Mechanical Project Lead responsible for design and construction administration.
  • •Independently perform all the tasks necessary to complete primary design at the early stages of the project and develop the concept to high quality detailed design, co-ordinate with all disciplines.
  • •Design HVAC, Controls, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems.
  • •Travel to construction sites to conduct mechanical inspections and prepare reports. Some out-of-town travel expected.
  • •Must participate in business development and writing proposals.
