Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with vendors and staff to achieve facilities goals and objectives.
  • •Oversee operational facilities activities: manage inventory/assets, cleanliness/maintenance standards, and required inspections for systems like fire systems and emergency power.
  • •Support employees with facilities and workplace support services by working helpdesk tickets (documentation, ticket closure, and tracking).
  • •Assist with renovations and monitor CAPEX/OpEx budgets, including budget utilization and invoice review/validation in PeopleSoft prior to payment.
  • •Manage facilities maintenance resources (handyman personnel) and leasehold improvements/upkeep of critical equipment; coordinate corporate assets with Technical & Finance and maintain trackers for AMC and utilities consumption.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
  • •Knowledge of basic civil/structural building construction and designing/evaluating electrical and mechanical plans.
  • •Knowledge of operation and maintenance for generator sets and UPS units.
  • •Ability to coordinate preventive maintenance/vendor reports and provide action plans, with basic project management skills.
