Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare daily by reviewing schedules, ensuring proper supplies and PPE.
  • •Travel to patients’ homes throughout the assigned Michigan market and provide scheduled preventative and diagnostic services.
  • •Use phlebotomy expertise to make blood draws as comfortable as possible for each patient.
  • •Accurately document each patient visit using Sprinter technology.
  • •Properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including drawing blood from a wide range of patients and handling challenging sticks.
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, LPN, or LVN, with in-home experience preferred.
  • •Current BLS certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license and auto insurance, with Monday–Friday availability 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
  • •Ability to travel approximately 75% of the year and meet applicable state certification or licensing requirements.
