Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Worldwide Facilities project teams to develop and execute sourcing and category management strategies for design and construction services.
  • •Negotiate, execute scope buyouts, and manage change notices with general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other providers to reduce overall cost.
  • •Collaborate with Legal to ensure contractual protections for large construction projects.
  • •Act as a construction procurement SME and support facilities projects procurement activities, compliance, and supplier strategies.
  • •Identify and develop suppliers and manage international and local contracts, including supplier cost and reliability innovation and collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree minimum, with preference for Supply Chain Management, Finance (or Engineering).
  • •3 to 5 years of experience in an early-career experienced-professional role.
  • •Strong project management, supplier management, and analytical skills.
  • •Excellent communication skills; ability to work across organizations, solve complex problems, and manage multiple priorities.
  • •Contract management skills, particularly service agreements, and familiarity with TI services procurement and factory processes.
