Key Responsibilities

•Manage the change order process with the appointed specialist contractor, ensuring scope documentation fully captures mechanical, electrical, and fibre requirements along with accurate localisation of all scope elements.
•Oversee the contractor's delivery schedule, including clear communication of key milestones to relevant stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
•Lead the execution of ML infrastructure works, ensuring scope is well-defined and minimising change orders during delivery.
•Coordinate logistics of materials from both integrators and internal suppliers, ensuring timely delivery in line with the project schedule.
•Identify, assess, and mitigate key risks associated with ML infrastructure delivery.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Construction Management or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field;
•Proven experience in data centre construction and commissioning;
•Strong technical background with hands-on data centre fit-out and commissioning;
•Thorough understanding of the total project life cycle from inception to completion;
•Excellent knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques.
