Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop firmware IP subsystems for SSD products to meet performance, endurance, capacity, functionality, quality, and reliability requirements.
  • •Execute firmware development, integration, bench testing, debugging, and validation for SSD controllers and storage products.
  • •Perform root cause analysis, failure triage, defect isolation, document findings, and support corrective actions.
  • •Develop and maintain firmware unit, functional, and integration tests to ensure quality and performance targets across the product lifecycle.
  • •Collaborate with hardware, validation, system, and product engineering teams to resolve complex issues, improve product readiness, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • •Over 3 years of relevant experience in firmware or embedded systems development using the C programming language.
  • •Experience with embedded firmware debugging, issue isolation, code analysis, root-cause investigation, and validation.
  • •Ability to develop, design, implement, and maintain firmware, including low-level software development (assembly language).
  • •Structured problem-solving, clear technical communication/documentation, and cross-functional collaboration, with mentoring/technical leadership capability.
