Key Responsibilities

  • •Work safely at all times using PPE and promoting the Pick-n-Pull Safety Culture while collaborating with a safety buddy.
  • •Adhere to and model company policies and procedures to maintain consistent compliance and professionalism.
  • •Safely remove and extract automotive fluids, batteries, and other materials in accordance with prescribed procedures.
  • •Position vehicles on wheel stands for customer access; remove vehicles afterward and restore the area for the next vehicle set.
  • •Dismantle engines and transmissions, harvest cores and wire, operate the tire machine, prepare shipments, and help maintain environmental controls and logs.

Key Requirements

  • •Follow verbal and written instructions, including understanding safety messages, labels, and hazard communications for flammable materials and waste oil.
