  • •Review complex plant/equipment layout development, capacity plans, accident prevention measures, and sequencing of operations and work flows.
  • •Design, maintain, and optimize production systems by integrating design, supply base, facilities, equipment, and personnel.
  • •Lead development of models, databases, and spreadsheets to analyze data and provide metrics to operations leaders and customers.
  • •Lead operations planning and execution by supporting budgeting/forecasts, capacity/constraint analysis, and production recovery planning; ensure safety, design standards, and ergonomic compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry (or non-US equivalent directly related).
  • •5+ years of experience working in an engineering discipline.
  • •5+ years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.
  • •9+ years of experience working in a team environment (preferred).
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (preferred).
