•Develop fraud narrative by connecting trends to differentiated positioning and translating it into messaging for mid-market and enterprise buyers.
•Equip sales and partnership teams with playbooks, talking points, and collateral so they can handle complex, consultative deals.
•Lead market, customer, and competitive intelligence including buyer research, win/loss analysis, and competitive battlecards; translate into GTM strategy, pricing input, and product roadmap influence.
•Represent the company in customer meetings and industry events as a subject matter expert.

•Influence roadmap decisions and operate credibly at the executive level even without being the most senior person.
•Strong written and verbal communication with persuasive storytelling; comfortable presenting to and fielding questions from executives and customers.
•Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action in fast-paced environments; leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and smarter workflows.
