Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Manufacturing

Lead and advise hiring managers and HR partners on the recruitment process for Amcor manufacturing and operations roles across the U.S. Own end-to-end talent acquisition execution, including sourcing and phone screens, recommending next steps, and managing high-volume hiring events. Partner with business leaders to understand manufacturing needs, enhance candidate experience, support DEI, and oversee third-party recruiters. Travel to non-local manufacturing sites as needed.
