Key Responsibilities

•Lead the release management for the Financial Services AMER Industry Demo Org, from backlog to on-time delivery.
•Plan and manage releases, coordinating content with service requests, third-party apps, and system updates.
•Ensure quality through thorough testing and defect resolution, and continuously improve release processes.
•Utilize Salesforce metadata configuration and OmniStudio tools to design and deploy demo environments.
•Collaborate with build teams to integrate Agentforce AI experiences into demo orgs and automate release documentation and onboarding.

Key Requirements

•BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS
•Proven experience as a Release Manager with Salesforce core and OmniStudio knowledge
•Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment methodologies
•Hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
•Experience with Git-based repositories and collaborative development workflows
