Job Summary

Own end-to-end sales for AI-powered Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions with U.S. healthcare organizations. Build and execute territory plans for Health Systems, ACOs, CINs, and specialty providers, prospecting through close and contract negotiation. Develop pipeline via outreach and cold calling, position the value of revenue capture, denials reduction, and operational efficiency to C-suite stakeholders, and maintain CRM forecasts and reporting. Night-shift aligned to U.S. timings.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute a targeted account plan for assigned U.S. territory, focusing on Health Systems, ACOs, CINs, and specialty healthcare provider organizations.
•Run the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
•Proactively develop pipeline by researching and engaging new prospects through outreach, warm introductions, and cold calling.
•Position the AI RCM platform’s value (revenue capture, denials reduction, operational efficiency) to C-level and executive stakeholders.
•Maintain accurate sales forecasts in CRM and report pipeline health, deal progress, and key metrics in weekly and monthly reviews, partnering with pre-sales, implementation, and customer success.

•Experience building and executing territory plans that consistently hit or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
•Exceptional verbal and written communication, comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and leading solution workshops.
•Skilled consultative selling, building business cases, and negotiating contracts to a successful close.
