Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome guests at the main entrance, assist with opening car doors, and deliver a warm arrival/departure experience
  • •Assist with loading, unloading, transporting, and safely delivering luggage to and from guest rooms
  • •Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities in coordination with Front Office and Valet
  • •Deliver messages, parcels, mail, and other items promptly while verifying guest details for accuracy and confidentiality
