Key Responsibilities

  • •Bring project management expertise across the department (portfolio of offers and projects).
  • •Conduce and manage projects, allocating resources based on priorities.
  • •Ensure operational excellence for PMs: project management, delivery, financial management, business, and customer relationship processes.
  • •Coach PMs in complex situations; manage risks and customer escalations.
  • •Manage hierarchical people leadership of a team of Program Managers, including capacity planning and performance monitoring with action plans and alerts.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree (BAC+5) and 10+ years’ experience managing complex projects, including leading teams and business development.
  • •Strong expertise in managing large programs, responding to calls for tenders (appels d'offres), and managing customer relationships.
  • •In-depth knowledge of IT/SI (information systems) and IT professions.
  • •Strong skills in offer and project financial management, with rigorous reporting and a strategic mindset.
  • •Proven negotiation capabilities and a customer-focused approach to satisfaction.
