Business Continuity Analyst

Support the implementation and continual improvement of a Business Continuity Management System aligned to ISO 22301. Perform business impact analyses, continuity risk assessments, and exercises/testing, and help plan and execute internal/external audits with timely evidence delivery. Monitor operational resilience and supplier/third-party continuity risks, validate disaster recovery testing for critical IT services (RTO/RPO), and track improvements through to closure, working closely across business and technology teams.
